As a Greek myself, I always love photographing weddings that involve broken plates, lots of whiskey and occasionally, a fire on the dance floor. Costa and Melantha's wedding was nothing short of fun and excitement! The wedding photography started at Costa's parent house in Bedfordview we it was actually more informal than not. There was breakfast and whiskey which don't always go together. After the groom's photos, we headed off to Glenvista where all the girls were having their hair and make up done. Melantha was such a beautiful bride so to get beautiful shots was not hard. We then headed off to the Helenic Greek Church of Germiston where we had the traditional Greek ceremony. The Church always offers such beautiful and dramatic lighting as you can see. The reception was held at the Johannesburg Country Club in Aukland Park. It was incredible. What started off as a chilled evening turned into a massive party with nearly every single guest dancing. What an absolute treat. Wedding photography becomes so easy when you have a crowd who are just having the best time!
